Ingredients
Kale greens- 1 bunch (Finely chopped)
Apple (diced to 1/4 inch) – 1 no.
Cheddar cheese (diced to 1/4 inch)- 2 tbsp
Almonds – 2 tbsp (whole or coarsely chopped)
Virgin Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Garlic herb seasoning (as per requirement)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Craisins (optional)
Salt to taste
Method
In a large salad bowl, add in the kale, almonds, craisins, apple and Cheddar and combine well.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, salt, garlic and olive oil. Pour this mixture into the salad bowl and toss well. To end the process, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top, and serve.
