
Ingredients:
- Button Mushrooms – 250 gms or 1pack
- Ginger garlic paste
- Onion – 1 no. (thinly sliced)
- Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala -1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Gram flour- 1/4 tsp each
- Bread crumbs (sprinkle if available)
- Clove, cinnamon, cardamom – 1 no. each
- Curry leaves
- Olive oil
- Unsalted butter – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and cut the mushrooms into quarters
- Heat olive oil or vegetable oil in a kadai and add unsalted butter.
- Add the spices ie., clove, cinnamon and cardamom.
- When the flavor comes out, add ginger garlic paste . Saute it
- Add sliced onions and little salt and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Now add the mushrooms and fry till the juice comes out of it.
- When the colour changes to golden brown add all the above mentioned masala powders.
- Saute till the mushrooms are well coated with this mixture.and turns little dry.
- Season with salt.
- Finally add gram flour. Sprinkle and stir bread crumbs if desired.
- Serve hot.
