Slice Capsicum horizontally
Put oil or butter on the frying pan while the heat is on in a pan/tawa
After the oil or butter has melted, make sure it’s all over the pan so it won’t stick.
Sauté the sliced capsicum pieces
Crack the egg(s) open and make sure you crack the eggs lower to the pan or else the yolks will break. Place it .properly within the capsicum slice
Just as the whites are starting to get cooked, turn the stove off and wait until the eggs are pure white and the yolk has a little bit of a skin over it.
Sprinkle pepper, salt and your favorite seasoning. I used garlic herb seasoning. Serve it hot…..The kids will love it!!!!
