Strawberry, Kiwi, Mango Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Honey – 2 teaspoon
Mint leaves – 2 teaspoon (freshly chopped)
Mango chunks – 1 cup
Kiwis(peeled and sliced) – 1 cup
Strawberries(hulked and quartered) – 1 cup
Method:
In the small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, and chopped fresh mint and set aside. Longer the setting time, stronger is the infusion of mint in the juice.
Add the fruit pieces in the bowl and gently toss with the lemon mixture. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Since the juices come out of the fruits and the salad becomes watery, this fruit salad tastes best if eaten within a few hours.
To make this into a perfect dessert add a scoop of caramel-vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy the treat.
