Creative ideas from an Art competition which I judged

“Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way.” -Edward de Bono

This is exactly what I felt when I was given an opportunity to judge the craft entries under few categories  in the final round of a  State Level Art competition.
Given the same theme, the way in which each participant has conceived and presented their craft work in a unique way, seemed interesting and inspiring. We had to judge the shortlisted entries under the categories pot painting, paper ornaments, wreaths from bottle corks and drawstring bags.
Sharing below few pictures of the craft entries..

Pot Painting

Wreaths from corks

Paper Ornaments

Drawstring Bags

I couldn’t capture all the entries in this category and so sharing only three pictures which I have in hand.

And thus my first judging experience turned out to be an enjoyable one, while being a learning session as well. I got an overall exposure about the various parameters to consider while creating something new.
Kudos to the creative participants!
Thanks for stopping by and hope you got new creative ideas too!
